Demo Video
Das Video zeigt, wie ein Video allgemein aufgebaut sein sollte inklusive der Beschriftung - ACHTUNG: Die Präsentation ist zu lang und würde zu Strafpunkten führen.
The demo video shows, how the video should look like including the branding at YouTube (in German - English in the manual) - the presentation time is to long and would result to penalty points.
Regeln
1/ Kleidung:
Traditionelle chinesische Kleidung (Mäntel und Roben nicht erlaubt), schwarze oder dunkle Kleidung nicht erlaubt und führen zu Punktabzug. Zweifarbig d.h. Hose und Jacke unterschiedlich ist
erlaubt.
2/ Anforderungen an Videos
a) Das Video muss zwischen dem 12. Juli 2021 und dem 12. August 2021 hochgeladen werden. Am Anfang des Videos hat der Starter seine Registrierungsbestätigung vor seiner Brust in die Kamera zu
halten. Anschliessend muss die Bestätigung auf der Turnierfläche klar sichtbar abgelegt werden.
b) Starter sollten die Präsentation im Kameraausschnitt mittig beginnen und beenden mit Blick in die Kamera.
c) Das Video muss durchgehend aufgezeichnet werden und es darf in der Aufzeichnung keine Unterbrechung geben. Bild und Ton müssen live sein. Musik ist nicht erlaubt. Anweisungen von anderen
Personen sind nicht erlaubt. Natürliche Hintergrundgeräusche, wie Wellengeräusche oder andere natürliche Geräusche sind erlaubt.
Die Kamera muß fest mit zentraler Sicht auf die Turnierfläche in einer Höhe von 1,20-1,50m angebracht sein. Der gesamte Starter muss während der gesamten Präsentation zu sehen sein. Die Kamera
darf nach links und rechts auf einer Höhe geschwenkt werden. Zoom, bearbeiten oder Wechsel in der Filmgeschwindigkeit führt zu einer Disqualifizierung in der entsprechenden Kategorie. Die
Startgebühr verfällt.
d) Der Ort für die Videoaufzeichnung kann frei gewählt werden. Der Ort kann innen oder außen sein, solange die Beleuchtung ausreichend ist. Schul-Logos, nationale oder regionale Flagen sind im
Hintergrund bei der Aufzeichnung erlaubt (nachträgliches Einfügen ist nicht erlaubt). Religiöse, politische oder kommerzielle Werbung führt zu einer Disqualifizierung.
e) Wenn die Anforderungen an ein Video nicht erfüllt werden, lehnt die technische Leitung die Präsentation ab und der Starter kann noch einmal ein Video hochladen. Die Ablehnung wird als
Fehlstart mit Punktabzug gewertet. Wenn das zweite Video erneut die Anforderungen nicht erfüllt oder nach dem 12. August 2021 hochgeladen wird, ist der Starter in der betreffenden Kategorie
disqualifiziert. Die Startgebühr verfällt.
d) Die Videos sollten auf dem YouTube Konto des Starters als „nicht gelistet“ hochgeladen werden. Bis zum 12.08.21 muss der Link an team@wuweicup.de geschickt werden. Wenn Starter kein YouTube verwenden, erhalten sie einen Link von der Turnierleitung um über ein Transferportal ihr Video bis zum
12.08.2021 hochzuladen.
3/ Bewertung:
a/ Die Zeit wird berechnet zwischen dem Angrüssen und Abgrüssen.
Handform: Minimal 4 Minuten maximal 5 Minuten
Waffenform: Maximal 5 Minuten und keine Mindestzeit
B/Punkte: Die Wertungsrichter können für eine Demonstration bis zu 40 Punkte vergeben. Es gibt vier Bereiche und pro Bereich werden zwischen 0 und 10 Punkte vergeben:
Beinarbeit/Stände/Übergänge:
-Sichere, saubere Stände
-fließende Übergänge
Ausdruck/Augen/Atmung:
-Blick und Ausdruck
-Sinnvolle Atmung
-Qifluss in den Techniken
Präzision der Techniken/Waffe:
-Saubere Ausführung der Techniken
-Harmonie von Oberkörper und Beinen
-Wechsel von Yin und Yang
-Zusammenspiel von Waffe und Körper
Schwierigkeitsgrad der Techniken:
-Komplexität von Form und Techniken
c/ Endgültige Wertung: Fünf Wertungsrichter vergeben einzeln ihre Wertung. Das beste und schlechteste Ergebnis wird gestrichen, die restlichen drei Wertungen addiert und durch drei geteilt.
d/ Strafpunkte: Von der durchschnittlichen Wertung können folgende Strafpunkte vom Hauptschiedsrichter abgezogen werden:
Kleidungsfehler -2 Punkte
Zeitfehler -1 Punkt
Verlassen der Wettkampffläche -1 Punkt pro Verlassen
Upload zweites Mal -2 Punkte
e/ Schlichtung: EUR 50 sind im Voraus zu bezahlen, bevor die Schlichtungsstelle die Reklamation eröffnet. Wenn die Reklamation berechtigt ist, wird der Betrag zurück überwiesen.
Rules
1/ Clothes:
Traditional Chinese uniforms ONLY, black or darkcolour uniforms are NOT allowed and will result to penalty points. Two color like black trousers and white Jacket are allowed.
2/ Video requirements
a) The video must be uploaded between 12 July 2021 and 12 August 2021.
In the beginning of the video, athletes are required to hold up the registration letter in front of the chest. The letter has to be located at the competition area clearly visible during
presentation.
b) Athletes should begin and end the presentation in the center of the camera frame while facing the camera.
c) The presentation-video should be recorded without any interruption, live in video and audio. Music is not allowed. Advice by who-so-ever is not allowed. Natural back sounds like ocean or other
natural sounds are allowed.
The camera must be fixed in front of the center of the competition area at 1,20-1,50m (4-5’) high and the athlete's complete body must be visible during the complete performance. Only moving the
camera to the left and to the right is allowed. Zooming, editing or changing the videos speed will result to a disqualification for this category and the registration fee will be non-refundable.
d) Athletes can choose any location to record the video. It can be indoors or outdoors, as long as the brightness of the video is sufficient. School logos, national or regional flags are allowed in the backround (as editing they are not allowed). Religious, political oder commercial advertisements result to a disqualification by the technical director.
e) If video requirements are not met, the technical director rejects the presentation, and the athlete may only one time again upload a new video, this will be counted as 2nd start with deduction in points. If the 2nd videos does not met the video requirements again or is uploaded later than 12 August 2021, the athlete is disqualified for this category and the registration fee will be non-refundable.
d) Videos have to uploaded either on athletes own YouTube account and marked „not listed“. The Link has to be mailed till 12.08.2021 to team@wuweicup.de. If the athletes has no access to YouTube he will get a file-transfer link be the organizer and has to upload till 12.08.2021 his presentation.
3/ Scoring:
a/ Time is calculated after salute and ends with salute
Bare hands presentation time: minimum 4 minutes - maximum 5 minutes
Weapons : maximum 5 minutes no minimum time
Competition area: the athlete has to been seen completely (including weapon) if any part (especially from the weapon) is out of view, this will be rated as leaving the competition area.
b/ Scores: Judges can award upto 40 points for the complete presentation. Four parts each covering zero to ten points:
Legwork / Stances / Transitions:
-Secure, exact stances
-smooth transitions
Expression / Eyes / Breath:
-Look and expression
-Sensible breathing
-Flow of Qi during techniques
Precision of technique / weapon:
-Exact execution of techniques
-Harmony of upper body and legs
-Change between Yin and Yang
-Interaction of body and weapon
Level of difficulty of techniques:
-Complexity of form and techniques
c/ Final score : Five judges will score. The best and the worst result will be crossed out and from the three remaining scores an average will form the final score.
d/ Penalty points: From the final score the following penalty points can be deducted by the head-judge:
Not traditional uniform -2 points
Time error -1 point
Leaving the competition area -1 point (each time)
Upload 2nd time -2 points
e/ Arbitration: EUR 50 to be paid before complaint is opened. If justified the amount will be transferred back.
